• If your confirmed arrangements include a flight (Full Payment for the flights must be made).
• Upon receipt, if you believe any details in the booking are wrong you must advise us immediately (within 24 Hours) as changes made after will have Penalties & Fees.

Cancellation Policy

• If You Cancel Your Package Booking Before Departure:
• Period Before Departure Cancellation Fee per Person
• 60 Days or More Deposit Only
• 31 - 59 Days 50% of Total cost or deposit - whichever is greater
• 30 Days or Less 100% of Total Holiday Cost
• Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended at the time of booking / Deposit
